Thanksgiving Night Dreams

Weird Futuristic College
I don't really remember much from this dream since it happened during a nap in the afternoon. The various rooms in the college were like hexagon tubes and metallic. But not shiny metallic, it kind of reminded me of the bomb shelters in Fallout 3. We had to use these weird, complex computers and I couldn't figure it out. Some girl (this Portuguese girl from my Japanese class in real life) was showing me how to use the network to interact with people and do my work and shit. The interface for the computer looked a lot like the terminals in Fallout 3, except you kind of controlled them with your mind. The homework assignment for my English class was to respond in single words to these prompts given to us (definitely influenced from that scene in Blade Runner). There was like a hundred prompts and they were floating around the screen moving in and out of focus so I decided not to do it and go outside. Outside the sky was dark and looked post-apocalyptic. I ran into the English teacher (my mom's friend in real life) and she yelled at me for skipping class so much. The end.

Return to Korea
It was a summer evening and I was walking around a dark street in Seoul with my luggage. It didn't look like Seoul at all though, it seemed more like half American suburb half old European city. I stood for a while in front of a seafood restaurant wondering why the signs were all in English. I had the impression that I had just arrived in Korea and had no where to stay. I was considering sleeping at a sauna for a couple days until I could find an apartment to stay at.
The next scene took place in an area that looked more like Seoul. I saw one of my teachers from the first time I went to Korea and she told me to go into some building. When I went in it was like a gigantic school auditorium. It was kind of dimly lit, like before they show the previews at a movie theater, and mostly empty except for a few groups of people sitting in various parts. I heard a friend I had met in Korea last time I went talking about me coming to Korea soon, so I snuck up behind him and surprised him. I don't remember what happened after that.
The last scene was still in Seoul, but again looked nothing like Seoul. I met some girl on the street (who in real life is a Korean girl from one of my classes at Rutgers) and we decided to go to the supermarket together. Our conversations were half in English, half in Korean. The supermaket looked like Giants Stadium and I was confused why there were black people working the cash registers. The end.

Back Door Tigers
This dream was pretty short. I was riding my bike home on a summer afternoon. When I went past the bushes on the side of my house I saw three tigers sitting on my porch. As soon as I saw them, they saw me and stood up. I dropped my bike and slowly backed up, but they started walking down the stairs. I ran to my neighbor's house and rang the doorbell repeatedly but no one came to the door. The tigers were running at me now so I just turned the door knob and luckily it was open. I ran in and slammed the door behind me and heard my neighbor say "Hello?" from somewhere in the house. I ran to the back of the house and saw her holding her baby and smiling. I apologized profusely for running into her house but she said it was alright. All of a sudden the door burst open and the tigers ran in, but this time they were white tigers. My neighbor opened the back door and they ran right out the house. The end.

Dream Fragment...

I was hanging out with my friend Yu, who I met in Korea (in real life), in his weird 80's style modern apartment (in the dream). All of a sudden Yu started choking on something and his face turned really red. I tried to give him the Heimlich maneuver, but it wasn't working. His eyes rolled back and he passed out, and then he turned into a red and black electric guitar. I tried to give the guitar CPR, but to no avail. I forget what happened in the rest of the dream but Yu showed up at the end as an old man. His hair was all white and his face was really wrinkly. The end.
